if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

we accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• tags are still attached

• item(s) are unworn + in like-new condition

to start an exchange, email us:
📩 hello@shopwaveydrip.com

with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Item + size you want to exchange for

If the item / size you want to exhchange for is no longer available -
we will issue a refund.
item(s) must be unworn + in like-new condition with tags.

good to know

return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

exchanges are processed once your item arrives back to us

once your return is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands — we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

a quick note

we currently offer exchanges only — no refunds at this time.
We are a very small brand + appreciate that right now, we cannot offer refunds.

exchanges are available for items of the same value.

however - if your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll make it right 🤍

Chargeback Policy

By placing an order with WaveyDrip, you agree to contact us directly at hello@shopwaveydrip.com

before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

If you experience any issues with your order, including delivery, product concerns, or returns
we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged with supporting evidence, including order confirmations,
shipment tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other documentation related to the purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service.
